Your name, phone number, zip code and the description you enter. The form sends these to the site's own inbox only.

Standard server logs kept by the web host for security (IP address, browser type and the pages requested). No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts are used.
Why
To connect your call to a contractor who covers your area; to confirm that calls were connected (which is how the service is paid); to read and answer form messages and emails; to keep the site secure and working; and to meet legal obligations.
Who it is shared with
The one contractor your call is connected to; the call-routing network that connects, records and verifies calls; the website host and email provider; and authorities where required by law. Personal information is not sold or rented.
Calls, texts and the form
Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, verification and billing. By calling the number on this site you agree to this. HB Water Damage does not send text messages (SMS), does not make marketing, autodialed or prerecorded calls, and does not pass form details to contractors. The contractor you speak with may call you back about your own job, under that contractor's own privacy policy.

This site does not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. Reading a page sets no cookies.
Your California rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and ask that it not be sold or shared. HB Water Damage does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email [email protected]. Requests are answered within 45 days.
Retention
Call records and recordings are kept for as long as the call network requires to verify connected calls, then deleted. Form submissions and emails are kept for up to two years.
Children
The service is for adults. Information from anyone under 18 is not knowingly collected.
