Independent restoration contractors, and the call network that connects calls to them, pay a referral fee when a qualified call from this site is connected to a contractor. Callers pay nothing to HB Water Damage.

• Each call is connected to one contractor. Your details are not sold to multiple businesses.
• The referral fee is paid by the contractor side, not added to your bill as a separate charge.
• HB Water Damage is not the contractor, is not a party to your contract, and does not warrant or guarantee any work.
• The contractor you speak with is an independent business responsible for its license, insurance, estimate, work and warranty.

You are free to hire any contractor you choose, including one you find yourself. Before hiring anyone, check the CSLB license at cslb.ca.gov and ask for proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance. The How it works page explains each check.
