HB Water Damage (hbwaterdamage.com) is a referral service operated by Mogup SARL. Calls to the number on this site are routed through a third-party call network to an independent water damage restoration contractor that serves your zip code. HB Water Damage is not a contractor and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Calls are connected from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific, seven days a week, for properties in the zip codes covered on the service areas page. The line is for new water damage restoration work, not for billing or customer service questions about an existing job. Connection depends on your location, the time of day and contractor availability, and is not guaranteed.

This site is not an emergency service. If there is a risk of electric shock, a gas smell, a sagging ceiling or any injury, leave the property and call 911 or your utility first.

Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, verification and billing. By calling the number on this site you consent to the call being recorded. HB Water Damage does not send text messages or make marketing, autodialed or prerecorded calls.

You must be 18 or older and the owner, tenant or authorized manager of the property you are calling about.

The site and the referral service are provided as they are. No warranty is given about the availability, quality, licensing, pricing or timing of any contractor, or the completeness of the information on the site.

To the extent California law allows, Mogup SARL is not liable for loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from reliance on information on this site, or from an inability to connect your call.

Verify any contractor's license and insurance before work begins, read any contract before signing, and report insurance claims to your insurer yourself.

Use the site and the line only for genuine enquiries about restoration services.
