Calls are connected from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pacific, seven days a week, for properties in the zip codes covered on the service areas page. Connection to a contractor depends on your location, the time of day and contractor capacity. HB Water Damage does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that a crew will arrive within any time, or that a contractor will accept a job.

California requires a Contractors State License Board license for construction, repair or remodeling work of $1,000 or more. Verify any contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov before work begins, and ask for proof of general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
